From time to time sections of the Trans Pennine Trail may need to be diverted or closed due to maintenance or development works. Our partners try to keep these to a minimum and as shorter time as possible.

Problems on the route covering Sefton, West Lancashire, Liverpool, Knowsley, Halton, Warrington, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, High Peak, Peak Park and Barnsley.
