Trans Pennine Trail tourist information
There are many places of interest to discover along the Trans Pennine Trail. Information on most of these can be found in the ‘Places on the Trail‘ sections of our site. However, if you want general tourist information on areas along the Trail the following sites will be of interest.
Visit Britain – find up-to-date details of attractions across the whole of the country, search for tourist information centres or use the clickable map which helps you find details of local attractions and accommodation.
Exploring England – a diverse, user friendly tourist directory, which offers a selection of information to help the visitor decide how to find out about the beauty of England, accommodation, attractions, things to do, wildlife and much, much more.
