Una costa nazionale itinerario coast per la ricreazione e il trasporto - per gli escursionisti, ciclisti e (in parte) cavalieri
Il Trans Pennine Trail (TPT) è un percorso emozionante per gli escursionisti, ciclisti, carrettieri e cavalieri a cavallo che collegavano i mari del Nord e d'Irlanda, passando per i monti Pennini, lungo fiumi e canali e attraverso alcune delle città più storiche e città del nord dell'Inghilterra.
Il sentiero da costa a costa tra Southport e Hornsea è 215 miglia (346km) lungo.
Un percorso nord-sud che collega Leeds e Chesterfield, uno sperone di York e uno stimolo a Kirkburton significa che ci sono circa 370 miglia (595km) di Trans Pennine Trail a disposizione per esplorare.
Un ottimo modo per esplorare il sentiero è attraverso uno dei nostri valore eccellente stampato mappe disponibili tramite il nostro negozio .
Il Trans Pennine Trail è mappato e firmato tutta la strada, principalmente traffico gratuito ed è sorprendentemente livello considerando il drammatico scenario lungo la strada. Pendenze facili e percorsi emersi fanno molte sezioni adatto alle famiglie, ginnastica dolce e di persone che utilizzano sedie a rotelle e passeggini. Quindi, se a piedi, a cavallo o in bicicletta; per un giorno o più a lungo; solo con gli amici e la famiglia - la Trans Pennine Trail (TPT) può offrire qualcosa per tutti.

🎉Lorraine Hague and the Sheffield Area Social Cycling Group completed a four-day coast-to-coast adventure from Southport to Hornsea.
🎉Jessica and Sebastian Coultas shared their fantastic multi-generational ride, organised by Jessica to raise money for @dovehousehospice
🎉One determined cyclist tackled the full Trail on a folding bike, carrying all their gear and overcoming muddy, slippery sections along the way.
