Chesterfield Canal with both broad and narrow locks, rare wildlife, and impressive feats of engineering as the canal climbs into Derbyshire. Known locally as 'Cuckoo Dyke' the 46-mile canal has 59 narrow locks where you can enjoy a scenic boat ride.

Chesterfield is famous for the amazing 228 foot 'Crooked Spire' of St Mary and All Saints Church, which not only twists but leans 9 feet 5 inches from its true centre. -
